Indian Country Today had a nice article on the Lyrid Fireball over the Sierra Nevada. Darn! We missed it! Seems like the main burnout spot was along the western side of the Sierras about midway between Sacramento and Fresno. The Watchers had this article, too!
The adult quail quickly found the seeds. – So did the doves and the rabbit!

Happy Earth Day! I spent it cleaning house with soap & water and vinegar and such! Such fun! It would be more fun with my husband, or my sisters, or even the grandchildren! Ah, well. It’s looking good! 🙂
